This is a busy dental practice. On the whole a good service apart from a few blips in cancelling my appointments without notifying me. However, reasons for this were explained therefore I was satisfied with the outcome. My dental practitioner Sana, was friendly, communicative and explained all procedures to me throughout my treatment. She instilled confidence and kindness toward me always putting me at my ease. I would like to say thank you to Dr Kashif and nurse Shanaz for their amazing service. I visited the surgery to have four implants, sinus lift, and bone graft. The entire process was thoroughly explained to me and the staff ensured I felt comfortable throughout. Overall I am extremely happy with the care provided and how smoothly the process went. Before coming to Abbey Dental, I had been to four different surgeries which were all lacking in service (trying to cut corners) and overpriced. I am extremely glad with my decision to visit Abbey Dental as the outcome was absolutely amazing and the implants feel very natural. I cannot thank the staff enough. Very grateful.
I've just finished my Invisalign treatment with Sana at Abbey Dental. She's awesome and was thorough throughout the whole process, explaining exactly what she was doing each time, what I needed to do until the next appointment etc. I felt comfortable throughout and am so happy with the treatment now my teeth are straight and whitened. I have changed my dentist. My visit was the first since I was registered as one of your patients. The service and support were fantastic and I so glad that I changed my dentist. I would highly recommend your practice. Keep up the good work
I would have have recommended this practice few weeks ago but not anymore. I had a check up done in the summer, after a 30 minute wait after my appointment, no Xray were done (despite no visits since COVID). 3 Months later, I was told I needed a crown on a tooth. When I went in the second time, the dentist told me she would do a filling instead. I had a jaw infection 4 days post-work. I had to go to emergencies as my throat was so swollen I could not take my antibiotics... 10 days of utter pain without being able to open my mouth. I had to go private.
