Very impressed with the care, attention and most of all the result after my facial. My skin looks so fresh and plumped, I am beyond satisfied. The therapist is very knowledgeable and friendly, she explained every step and product that was used. Excellent experience!

I stay at the Andaz for business quite often and use the gym. Always have a deep tissue massage by Emmalina and she is so good. Love the extra touches like the face mask for the steam room and great showers.
Unfortunately I booked a reservation with Signature Suite spa from class pass and when I showed up at the appointment time no staff was there, I tried to contact them many times but no one picked up. I have not received any cancellation notice but they simply locked the place and left. Please confirm twice before you go, their opening hour may differ significantly without notification. I took an half hour bus to get there only to find out nobody cared about my reservation! Such a disappointment!
