I just wanted to say a massive thank you to our group leader and tour guide Kawsar of Sakeenah Tours. Kawsar has gone above and beyond, providing a service that no other tour guide company would have given us. He has made this trip even more meaningful and has really provided an exceptional experience even through troublesome situations we have come across along the road. He was always respectful, always there whenever me and my family needed help, always gave us knowledgable advice on what to do and what not to do, he was the perfect man for the job. Sakeenah Tours are so lucky to have someone like Kawsar on their team, he has really uplifted my spiritual journey coming to Makkah and Madinah. We made the blessed journey of hajj with Sakeenah Tours upon recommendation. We felt very comfortable when meeting Amjad (Sakeenah Tours), the package was explained in detail and we got a sense that Sakeenah Tours strategically planned for a comfortable yet beneficial hajj. They did not disappoint, during the hajj journey they all made sure we were comfortable and we had amongst us esteemed scholars to guide us. I am extremely happy with the service we recieved from Sakeenah Tours, having recently returned from Hajj. Br Amjad, the director was happy to meet with us numerous times to discuss at length the package, the itinerary and the details to make sure we were happy before booking so that we could make an informed decision. I travelled with my wife and my elder parents. We had excellent scholars in our group who acted as guides and motivators in Shaykh Zahir Mahmood, and Shaykh Abu Abdisalaam. They were with us throughout out and were on hand to answer any questions we had. By the end of the package, our group bonded so well and we have become like a big extended family. The sakeenah volunteers who catered for us were fantastic and always on hand for the hujjaj,and whats more,always served us with a smile. I won't hesitate to book with Sakeenah Tours again and recommend them for your Hajj and Umrah needs. Insha'allah we plan to look at other tours Sakeenah provides, including their tour to Jerusalem, Masjid Al Aqsa.
My experience with Sakeenah Tours was truly amazing! My family and I went on the 3 Mosque Tour, travelled in 4 different cities, and every part of our journey was unfortgettable and a breathtaking experience. Everything was very well organised and we were taken care of really well by brothers Amjad and Abdul Malik. All the group bonded well and we all became a family! All the tour guides were very knowledgeable and Sheikh Mujahid, whom we also travelled with, was great in sharing knowledge and explained things very well.
