Booked a holiday in April for Mid November. Paid deposit and told to pay remainder 15 days prior to departure. Mid July had several threatening phone calls asking for remainder of money. I refused as thought it was a sca.. now 3 days before departure no one will answer the phone. I contacted hotel in France and booking has been cancelled. So I am out of pocket and 2 very disappointed children who thought they where going on holiday. Avoid at all costs Just to add note. I got a threatening call from one world travels the day before departure threatening to cancel my flights if I didn't remove my bad review. After the clown on the phone realised I had checked on online and was unable to cancel the tickets he then said he would refund and compensate me as there company had failed. His words. I agreed but yet no compensation or refund. We had a nice holiday but due to One World's travels I had to rebook hotel and park tickets and One world's travels away with my money. AVOID At All COST

Thank you to Joseph who did an amazing job booking our holiday to Disney Land Paris, he sorted an amazing hotel which we were really impressed with Dream Castle Hotel, as well as private transfers which was perfect with our little one in toe. Joseph was there with full support when we landed and also checked in with us on the second day to ensure everything was going well. Avoid this company. I’ve just arrived back from Disneyland Paris, I arrived at the hotel with my 5 small grandchildren to be told there was no booking. After numerous messages to them which were ignored. They eventually answered saying it was my fault because I hadn’t confirmed the night before travel. Why would I when I had paid in full in February and had been sent the appropriate vouchers . After contacting the agency who one world travels use to book hotels, I was told it was cancelled in February. It made what was meant to be a dream holiday for my grandchildren into a living nightmare and I will never use them again .
Avoid this company. I found this company advertising on Facebook, because that I googled Disneyland Paris packages, hotels near Disneyland. Our conversation on Facebook Messenger, what I saved! I booked my Disneyland Paris holiday last August, paid full last September. Should travel this April. Constantly asking them for accommodation voucher or Disneyland tickets. They promised a lots of times never received it. in 24 hours you will get it they said. Tried to call the company, line is always busy ????♀️ guess why. Yesterday I contacted bryan again and he said tonight I will get it. Next day asked him to transfer my money back to my bank account and make a print screen about transaction. Nothing happened again, only promises. I saved our conversation.Just reported to my bank and a helpful lady said it's active fraud. I hope I will get my money back! Will report to companies house website as well, this company registered as OWT group Ltd, director isMOHAMED MAZAHIM, Mahadi Ahamed.
