If you care for your money, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. We booked a Hajj package in 2019 but had to cancel because of covid and now almost 4 years later, Suba is holding our money hostage. We also know they have the money to refund us because they sent loads of people to Hajj this year. Their customer service is non existent so you’ll have to hunt them down endlessly. They ignore our calls and read our messages but don’t reply. For someone who calls themselves a holy company, not paying our money back is not very holy of them. Fear Allah brothers.
OWES ME MONEY!! I have booked a Hajj Package with you in 2019. This was for 6 people and due to COVID it was cancelled. It took you more than two years to pay back my deposit in instalments. Trying to reach you contact you even to this day is impossible! You also owe me £2580 which is from my deposit. It is shameful that you have held on to my families funds while other tour operators were able to refund within 6months of the COVID announcement. I will strongly advise all not to book your tickets with this company, do your research and inshallah you will get a better service. I have been patient for many years and could have used my money on so many emergency matters even now they owe me the remaining amount I haven’t heard anything back. Having to beg pray and go through many channels I occasionally received parts of the funds not all but the stress and anxiety will not be forgotten. Holy Makkah Travels provided a very good package for our Hajj in 2018. The hotels in Makkah and Madinah were close to the Mosques, the food was very good, They provided a tour to various places in Makkah. We were with other family members and they catered for all of our needs and were on call whenever we needed any assistance.The overall service was very good and we would definitely recommend. The prices were really competitive and we would love to go again.
Alhamdulillah me and my husband have been to hajj pilgrimage 2018 with Holly Makkah Tour. The Holly Makkah team have given the best service in all places throughout our journey. Hotels was very close to the Haram and the food they provided was really good. Suba Miah and his team was very supportive towards us. Will recommend Holly Makkah Tours to all my friends and family. Insha Allah will be travelling with them again.
