We had a great experience at the skin lounge spa. I booked for a relaxing full body massage and body scrub for two with the use of facilities. We were quiet stressed from a recent experience and decided to book a spa package. We left feeling so much better and relaxed. Really enjoyed our massages! Also received a small cake as this was part of a birthday celebration which was a kind gesture. Thank you to the team and receptionist for being so welcoming. Jasmine

I am beyond satisfied with the service provided by The Skin Lounge Spa. Ingrid is now the only person I allow to touch my face and I contact her for all my facial care questions and concerns. She’s always very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. As the lights turn down low, you are cocooned in velvety, duvet-like towels, before the skin-saving goodness begins. I left with soft, baby-like skin that looks and feels as good as new, literally. They use high end products as well! Def recommend.

Was looking for a relaxing spa day in London last minute and found this place which had no packages left available but offered 2 hours of access to the facilities for £45 so decided to try it. First of all, we waited 45 minutes in the waiting area as the door to the room with the spa bags had become jammed, which is not their fault so no big deal. However, this meant that we no longer had time to spend 2 hours at the facilities and had to leave early. Thus, we asked for a partial refund since we had spent less than half our allotted time, but they offered only £5 off. We actually ended up leaving even earlier than we had to because of how bad the facilities were. The pool was dirty with gritty bits of dirt piled in the corners which you could also feel when stepping on the pool floor. There was green mould around the edges of the pool which had flaked off in pieces into the water. The changing rooms were extremely gross and dirty and I left the spa feeling dirty and in need of a shower. The atmosphere in the facilities is not spa-like at all and I feel completely ripped off for £40. The pool is in daylight with no ambient lighting, no music and with a window to the gym so anyone working out is looking in on you. The hot tub bubbles are very excessive and not relaxing; it constantly splashes you in the face. There are a couple of plastic lounge chairs but you can't bring drinks into the pool area anyway. I'm honestly just shocked at how much it cost for such basic facilities that felt like a family hotel pool type of vibe, nothing like a spa. The staff were also in general unhelpful and unknowledgeable. Another couple was there for the spa day and asked about the schedule. The woman looked at them blankly and did not understand the question. And one more couple that was there at the same time as us ended up complaining because they hadn't been brought towels and robes, and again the woman just looked at them blankly. As part of the package, we received a small pouch of free samples. These are literally things you could pick up for free at Boots. One of the items was an undereye mask which we tried and both of us felt burning within a minute of use so had to take them off. I questioned the quality of these products so looked up the eye mask and found a large pack of them on Amazon for £10. So I don't know how this place can call themselves "The Skin Lounge" when they are using cheap skincare from Amazon? I regret going here and I want my money back.

I went for a whole spa day with a friend and had the Winter Spa Delight package. I have to say it was just the most perfect, relaxing day. We hung out i the spa before our treatments, which was lovely. Really clean and not too busy. The staff were all excellent, friendly, professional and obviously knew what they were doing and the treatments, (body scrub, massage, head massage and body wrap) were just heavenly. I am booking again.

This is an okay gym but definitely not ideal for a spa day. Our experience was anything BUT relaxing! The entire pool area had just three plastic chairs (ps. we had someone who was 7 months pregnant with us (the room wasn't even set properly for her even after notifying them days in advance)). It's used by the gym goers so its basically a pool at the gym, we even had kids taking swimming lessons during our time in the pool!! It is very loud, not clean and the hot tub is too small for a spa. Another disappointment was definitely the changing room, the entire place was basically flooded, again, gym goes are there and the facilities are beyond BASIC, nothing says "spa" about the place. The towels were old, you get a robe and towel in a bag and the robes were navy/black but you could see white balls of cotton on them. I was BEYOND disappointed by the amenities, the cleanliness of the place, the noise, children learning to swim, there is basically no place to rest, those plastic chairs don't even have cushions. We wanted to leave as soon as we got there. The staff is friendly but that's honestly the only good thing about the place, really HATED IT and felt like it was a complete rip-off. I would NOT recommend. Its actually very suspicious that its rated 4.5
